Shipping policy

Our current turnaround time for custom made graphic tees is 10-20 business days. (TAT for pop-up orders starts at the close date of the pop-up) Ready to ship (RTS) items have a processing time of 1-5 business days. For all other items, please refer to the turnaround time listed in the product description of the item in question. We do have someone who ships out of an out of state warehouse for us. If your order contains items from more than one location, we may choose to split ship your order. This does not cost more for you. Our shipping costs are calculated by where you are located and the weight of your order. You are charged exactly what USPS or UPS charges to ship your order. 

Glitter+Rust Co will now offer Route Shipping Insurance on ALL orders as a default!

Route covers basically ANY and all shipping mishaps. Misdelivery, stolen, lost, or damaged packages 100%. Orders that might be sitting in post offices, not moving...yes - even after an extended time of not moving (or being scanned, which USPS has confirmed they're seeing nation wide), they will work with you to cover that order.

Should your order not arrive or arrives damaged, you can choose a refund, or replacement order when possible, by making a claim directly on their app or website. This is all done through Route!

We encourage you to download their app, where you can make your claims and see notifications about your deliveries.

For orders under $99 and under, it's only $0.98 cents to cover your package with insurance! Orders over $100 will be charged 1.5% of your order total. That's IT!

Should you choose to decline coverage, Glitter+Rust Co. can not help recover or replace your order if something goes wrong. Spend the extra dollar (or few dollars) and make sure you're covered!

We hope this will eliminate any victims of stolen packages or packages that go missing due to USPS.
