About Us
My name is Kacie and my husband, Andrew, and I are the faces behind Glitter+Rust Co. Welcome! When you shop G+R you are supporting a small, family owned business from Kansas City! All items are either made by or sourced by me. With just a couple of part-time helpers, we are small but have a lot of heart + a lot of hustle! We officially opened G+R in November 2017, after many years of creating+reviving side projects for ourselves, friends, and family. Over the years, G+R has come to focus on custom apparel. In 2021 we opened kbXIX Joinery to sell our larger custom furniture and decor pieces.
Outside of Glitter+Rust, I'm just a small-town Kansas girl who married a small-town Missouri boy. I am proud momma to the 2 most perfect baby boys, Knox + Beau. Andrew (or Mr. Glitter+Rust as he's lovingly referred to often) is a chiropractor-by-day. Together, with my background in graphic design and management, we own and operate his practice. We also have a very beloved and spoiled chocolate lab, Mack, 3 Nigerian Dwarf goats, and 2 [outdoor] cats. We love tailgating and cheering on our favorite teams, K-State Wildcats, KC Chiefs & KC Royals.
