 Our standard turnaround time is 10-15 business days. Orders are often fulfilled sooner, but please allow the full 10-15 business days during our busy fall and holiday seasons due to both order volume and shipping delays.

Fundraiser and team/merch store orders are fulfilled according to the specific timeline listed on your store. Please refer to your store for the estimated fulfillment timeline.

Digital products will be e-mailed automatically at check-out. 
Your turnaround time begins the first business day following the day you place your order. Business days are Monday-Friday, and exclude all federal holidays and any pre-scheduled shop closures (noted below if applicable) Orders placed through a team store, or fundraiser begin the first business day following the shop closes, unless otherwise noted.

Upcoming Important Dates

September 17-25: CLOSED for Vacation

We’ll be taking a short break to enjoy some vacation time with family.
Our shop will be closed during this time, and these dates will NOT count toward our standard turnaround time. Orders placed during this period, or just before the closure, will resume processing when we return on September 28th.
Please keep these dates in mind for any personal orders as well as fundraisers, teams, and businesses who have merchandise stores on the site.
